Me, death threats, cops, and a kidnapped ex GF (Revised, again)

Alright so lets begin. For those of you who do not already know, the past 3 weeks, my GF had been getting anonymous threats slipped under her door. These threats had no name, and they referenced how she and I were both unsafe. The first one she got was after she apparently rejected some guy at a party one night when I was not there with her (that's what the first note said). We sort of blew them off, because outside of the notes, nothing else occurred that might lead us to believe the threats were valid. Up until yesterday.

I attend a certain university, and do Army ROTC at a university about 15 minutes down the road. I was at the other university hanging out with friends when I get a text from her saying "I hope he is fucking with me, I am headed over now to find you". I didn't really consider what she meant, so responded a minute later saying "I am at a friends house, on my way home". 5 minutes later, I sort of realized the connotations of what her text might mean. I sent her a text saying "stay inside your room and lock your doors". I called immediately afterwords. No response.

I drive home to see if her car is there or anything. As I am pulling up to my house (about 20 minutes after receiving the 1st text from her), I receive a 3 part text from her phone. To summarize, the text said something like "You shouldn't have left her alone like the other night. She obviously didn't tell you about the most recent note. All I need is a few minutes alone with her to talk, then you can pick her up at a location I tell you. Don't involve anyone else and this will be done, my word." I was pulled into my driveway at this point. First thing; run inside and get some equipment I might need. Second thing; call dispatch. The cop on the other line obviously didn't realize the severity of the situation, so i hung up and called one of my friends who is a cop and knew about the whole "notes situation". Thankfully he called in and got some units to get in com with me. I also called my university security, and dispatched them to go to my girl's dorm room. I called her roommate who was at work and told her to not come home and stay somewhere with people.

At this point I get a call from my girl. She says she is ok, in her car, but doesnt know where she is. I call her to lock the doors, pull out her mace (which I force her to keep in the car), drive down the street until she sees an intersection or something so she can tell me where she is, then hang up with me and call the police until a unit arrives with her. She does so after some debate and after telling me where she is. I haul ass over there, and get there about 2 minutes before the cops do. She is ok now, but a bit shaken up.

In the 2 minutes that happened before the cops arrived, she paraphrased what happened. She received a call from an anonymous number, telling her that i was hurt lying face down in a ditch at a home depot, and that they were leaving me. She then texted me the initial text. After getting into her car, she heard something hit the front of her car. She got out, checked her tire, and someone hit her on the head with something. They grabbed her from behind, shoved her into the car, and threatened to kill me if she looked at them. They got in with her, drove the car, and arrived at the location. He didnt say a word the whole time. Upon getting there, they pulled over and sat there for about 3 minutes, saying nothing. It was at this point he most likely texted me from her phone. A few minutes after, he said not to tell anyone or they would find me and hurt me. He left.

She locked the doors and called me. From there you know the rest. Over the next 5 minutes, 5-6 squad cars pulled up, and one firetruck and ambulance. They seperated she and I, and I proceeded for the next 45 minutes to tlel the same story over and over to 5 different cops who asked. At the end of the questioning and all the other red tape details of dealing with police, we were ok to leave after giving our statements, and verifying we were ok. I drove her back to my place. I went back to the university and explained everything to campus security who were set up in the girls room. Finally, 3-4 hours after the whole ordeal had started, I was able to go home and lay down.

Afterwards, I thought I should let me parents know what had happened and that I'm now in potential danger for the next few weeks. Anyway, my dad took it all fine, but my mom got scared and said "You're moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air!". I whistled for a cab and when i came near, the license plate said 'FRESH', and it had dice in the mirror. If anything i could say that this cab was rare but I thought "Nah, forget it - Yo, home to Bel-Air!". I pulled up to the house at bout seven or eight and I yelled to the cabbie "Yo home, smell ya later!". I looked at my kingdom, I was finally there to sit on my throne as the prince of Bel-Air!
