Fishing is pure profit...so...yeah if you bank the fish :)

Wouldn't be that much, probably 150k max an hour doing lobs

the higher your level the faster you'll catch fish so anywhere from 100k to 250k depending how fast you catch whatever your fishing and what its worth

Most profitable fishing in f2p will be the lobsters/swordfishes available on Karamja. You can also run to the NPC on the other end of the island to note your fishes there.

Really? What's the name of the guy? That's interesting. Is it worth it though?

i think its very worth it to go and talk to the npc. his name is stiles. He will note any tuna, lobsters or sword fish. and its way faster than going to the bank and back. THe only thing is you loose one invy spot. But for the time saved the loss of a fish is higly worth the time.

Id say you do lobbies considering with swordfish you get tons of tuna. And the profit per hour basically depends upon your fishing level!
