Fishing botting question

Hi, about how many days would you say it would take to get from 1-99 on a fresh account from tutorial island botting around 8 hours a day? For the most part it would be powerfishing but there would be a small time in there where I would need to get around 1.5mil for feathers but that could be done without messing up the speed too much I think if I do it at a later level. The only reason I won't just transfer the cash is because I'd like this to be a soley self driven project plus I don't like just wasting cash on something that I will probably never use after I get what I wanted on that account lol.
