If it drops at 8 pm like they said then it will come out at 6 am for you. You may as well just have a sleep and set an alarm so you will be fresh and have more endurance for 07scape.

For me if it comes out at 8pm UTC then it will be 4am for me, I'll try and get up as early as I can. Also got a party to go to the night before. At least I won't be battling with as many people on tutorial island for supplies.
