Dispute Infraction

If I believe so, I posted on a popular "what are your hobbies thread", in the General Discussion section, and was infracted for spamming.

I am not sure this is accurate as the infraction is private, but I did notice that my reply to this thread was removed.

My reply to said what are your hobbies thread goes as follows: "Disaronno, with sweet tea."

I was referring to a drink that I am very fond of, in turn inferring that my hobby was consuming this drink.

I am very sorry if Superfluous or other members of this community were offended by this post, or that he or others believed I was spamming this popular thread.

However, I must comment on the various signatures, miniranks, and ranks containing some or all of the term "Notorious Sythe Drunk" or "Village Drunk".

These terms have been floating around for years after reviewing numerous old threads and do not seem to warrant the image of spamming this forum.

In my own personal opinion, the reply containing my favorable drink to drink on a rainy day, a joyful night, or to rest after work, was not wrong of me to write, and is of no higher or lower level of spam than these aforementioned signatures, miniranks, and ranks.

I do not request to have my post reinstated, only polite-fully request that my infraction be amended.

how are we supposed to know that you weren't heating it to boiling point and blinding small children with it? You didn't specify what you were doing with it so we had to take every protective measure to ensure the safety of our forum users who coincidentally are mostly small children

Most people get a Infraction at some point for something. Its basically just alittle more then a warning. Take it up the ass and move on. Atleast it seems they used lube.
