First registered runescape player

I was just thinking, I wonder who the first ever registered RS player was back in 2001. And what was he thinking while playing? Like the world must've been so...empty. What would you have done if you were the very first registered player?

Everyone would have been low lvl so they would have all been running around in the same area anyway.

It must have been a really annoying time when nothing was available to buy, people didn't have money to buy stuff, and no one knew the fastest way to train.

Pretty sure the rs world was much much smaller then. Don't think it would be that empty.. and the first players were probably Andrew/paul and their irl friends lol.

I had a chat the other day to the 17th (Also owns the 18th and 19th) player on runescape. I'm not going to say how I contacted him but he wouldn't sell his account (It's banned btw).

I got banned for using SCAR to play the game for me. I had lost most interest in playing the game since it was getting very repetitive. I had a lot of fun writing the scripts to play the game for me, though. Sure, I was a top player when the game was new, but now I'm sure my guy isn't too impressive. Plus, wtf is with those new gfx

Ah yes, I've seen that page before. Fun fact: I also created the Star Sabre and Dawg sabre account. And possibly the Ice Sabre one too. I think dawg sabre has been banned but i am trying to recover his pw. I was able to log into star sabre, it said my last log in was 752 days ago...i was on tutorial island...can i skip that? I want to check his bank

I'll ask him what he did when he joined .

Anyway, I'd probably just run around aimlessly, not knowing what to do =S.

I guarantee the first, second, third and probably up to 20-30 were Andrew and Paul's characters, testing it out, etc. If you mean who was the first player other than Andrew or Paul, it would most likely have been their close friends who were let in on the project. If you're talking about people who just joined to play a game, they really weren't first at all, and there was probably a large group of people who all joined close to the same time, so it's somewhat impossible to know/tell.

When I first started playing rs I was searching the site trying to find a single player version lol. I think the other people in there would of had enough to keep them entertained at the time.
