First Photoshop sig

(Look down, its my current sig)
This is my first ever Photoshop sig. Took me about 1 hour to do. Spent most of the time experimenting and trying new styles. Please rate 1-10
Please be a critique, but only constructive critisizing.

Note:I did not follow a tutorial

Props for not using a tutorial.

I'll give it a 6/10, because alot of that would have been fairly simple shit.

Practice a little bit and you'll learn how to do things like this...

And after a bit of practice, less then 2 minutes of work will get you something like this...

You'll find your biggest problem lies within your text.
dafonts.com is useful for fonts which you can then manipulate to how you want.
A quick google search will get you brushes.

I hope that helped a bit.

add abit of drop shadow.
