Very true!

I used to think you were very rash with your decision making, sometimes too blunt and harsh, but as I've become a more regular user of the site I've come to realise that sometimes you do need to be straight to the point/cut out the bullcrap when dealing with people.

Taking into consideration your real life job demands, your activity is still impressive. It's also nice to see you integrating and participating a little more with the community, even if it is with trolls in the Spam Forum. [You may have been doing this previously, but I have only noticed the increase recently]

Hope one day you can claim your spot back as an Admin. Keep it up!

 

At first I bandwagon'ed and sort of saw it from Marrow's point of you but that was when I was new and only really saw one side of the story. Once getting to know marrow and yourself it was obvious who the troll was and who had integrity. As for your moderating as of late its improved a ton and your answers on pardons are still #1. Keep up the good work and sorry for jumping on the bandwagon of hate started by Marrow a few months back.

Don't drag my name through this bullshit. I've never said anything against FireZ that wasn't true. I guess we should glance over the fact that FireZ banned me for about a month unjustly. Calling me a troll doesn't empower your point buddy.

Even if you were honest and correct in that case which I never said you werent. To this day I still think you may have been wrongfully banned but regardless since then comparing the directions you guys took, he stepped his game up where you just continued to troll except for an occasional spam forum post which had quality. It's not that I'm siding against you but if you had a feedback thread this would be my response.

Haven't seen you in quite some time. I see you online but no posting.

 

Been on phone 99% of the time lately....working is taking up to 20 hrs a day with roundtrip of two jobs

From what ive seen hes dialed back the harsh remarks. With it his performance has been elevated. Happy to see u back in red man

I'm not satisfied with seeing just 'denied' 'unbanned' in the dispute forum, you can do better than this FireZ... I need my entertainment.

Other than that, good job, keep it up! Especially if you do all this from an iPhone, lol.

 

I mod over 85% from my iphone. Today I am on the laptop since I am home on my day off.

And yeah the dispute forum is fun every once in awhile.

 

So how did you get from Admin --> Global? It happened while I was banned and I couldn't find anything on it.

 

If anything this would be my only issue, but I know from experience that if someone requests an expansion on why you said "denied" "hell no" or something, you can always back it up and justify it (as I have seen a couple of times in dispute forums)

Very good at what you do, active within the community, and credit to you for doing some of the work from a phone
