Firecape Question

[Slay4MaryJ]

I want a firecape, and I'm sure this is a super dumb question but my stats are...
40 atk
69 str
67 hp
72 range
1 def
and....1 pray, the question is, is prayer required?

Thank you.

you can get it done without prayer however we are talking 150m+ for that, its way cheaper to get prayer but some account builds would be ruined if you got prayer.

Looking for a very experienced fire caper that could possibly do this, 75 range, 1 pray, 69 hp. Let me know
