Fire Surge Is Beast

Few hits i managed to get on ice wyrms, allegedly the max with a full slayer helm-extremes-staff of light is 90.

Within 2 ice wyrm tasks, i got over 600k mage xp...which would be useful if i wasnt already 99 mage.

Does Hex increase magic damage?
If not, I'm guessing the max damage should be
28 (base) * 1.15 (Staff of light) * 1.15 (prayer) * 1.15 (void??) * 2 (weakness), and that gives me 85. Hm. Not sure if void actually works. If not, its 74.

72 thats insane in my days on rsc max was like 30 ? guthix claw with charge.
