    Change the 07 section of capes to include the infernal cape. Kiln cape was added so infernal should be too.

    In either the "Runescape 2007 Fire Cape Services" and/or "Fire Cape & Kiln Cape Services"

    They can be faked, I rather see a special rule considering how rare the capes that someone has to verify the capes as well ingame as the picture.
    with fire cape it wouldn't be necessary due to how common they are, with new fire cape yes
