I rarely post in community matters such as this, as I am much more of a lurker, but .Karl your rebuttals and remarks are so terrible I just had to post. LOL.

Not helpful in anyway and essentially spam, to be honest. The feedback forum is for FEEDBACK. This is feedback.

On topic:

The picture provided obviously does not give the whole story, but the measures taken seem excessive. A warning kick, for example, could have worked out much better. It serves as a warning to say, "Shut the fuck up. Your annoying and I am serious about banning you". Jumping over just a simple kick doesn't make much sense for something minor like this.

 

Moving to the Dispute forum.

Actions taken against users should only be discussed by the mod or admin who issued the action and the user to whom the action was applied.

 

I'm all for an unban, Draucia is right. I was in the IRC when he got kicked and I'll admit he was doing nothing wrong. Things were going smoothly, nice conversations and all, then out of the blue peace turned to chaos :S

 

You are banned. Not only did you leak from the Staff Lounge and should have been banned long ago, but you've done your fair share of drama-whoring. You also continue to associate yourself with Syed and his cronies.

Not sure how you've managed to slip through the net, actually.
