Virtual trade or real-money trade (RMT) has been taking place for years. There is some controversy as various game publishers don't condone virtual trade while other game publishers actively encourage trade. While we acknowledge and respect the ownership rights of game publishers and developers, we believe gamers have the right to trade with one another. With this said, no law today prohHibits online virtual account trading.

But Can we Still Be Shut Down?

 

No. If Jagex can shut Sythe down, they would of done it by know. This isn't SFA worthy either.

I'm not Finn, but i'm still going to answer this.

Sythe in some way can be shut down, but if JaGeX really cared, they would have shut Sythe down by now, or they may be planning on a really big attack like they did to Dodian and they gave them a certain time to shut down and JaGeX are aloud to sue Sythe, but he will hopefully fight them and if we do get shut down he will find a loop-hole and create another site.
