FIND THREADS AND SEARCH NOW WORKING

Sorry about the slowness of the forum today: The search index rebuild process was intensive and unavoidable in the end.

That said, it only had to be done once, and now it's done. Search works again.

If you're still having trouble finding your old vb3 threads post here and I or a staff member will help you.

Thanks for updating the search database guys, works great for me now.

If I do that, and filter to only posts, I am unable to see a preview of the post itself. All it gives is the thread title in the overview, no (preview) content of the post itself, which I feel is key information for a recent post overview.

I liked the old feature better where a preview of the post was shown, is that something that could possibly be brought back?

 

You should make an xenforo update thread and brief us with improvements/updates in that thread so it's less cluttered and all the updates are easier to find.

Word. I couldn't find my market threads because they've been around since 2014ish so I had to go past page 10 of my threads created to find them.

I believe i just realised the alert system just as i reposted my threads. I think it is a wonderful idea and no need to keep refreshing to see if someone has posted. Looks mint!
