FinbRS pardon/appeal

[Unregistered FinbRS]

Hi guys, I got banned because of the following thread:

http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1601424-reporting-finbrs.html

I was unable to contact a mod, and my appeal was instantly denied.

I am willing to refund the 3.2M he paid me to do the quest, and promise that no misunderstandings will occur again in the future.

You have to pay him back before you pardon anyway. Also, you forgot to mention your counts of ban evasion.
