Paypal Sued Real or Fake?

Is this real? I wanted to ask before i filled it out..

I think it's only good for $440 as I imagine isn't a lot in most peoples cases, but it is something.

 

Is there any other requirement other than owning a PayPal account?

 

It's nice to see that Paypal's constant bullshitting with accounts and disputes finally pissed off someone with enough lawyers.

You just have to have had a paypal account during the time period listed on the link, i believe its 2006 - 2016.

Filing one right now, they placed a hold on two of my accounts in that time period. Thanks for posting this

 

What kind of documents do i upload?

they give you two options. One option doesnt require any uploads and second one does.

 

Yeah, I chose the basic claim, didn't need any documents to be uploaded. Let's see what PayPal decides to give me
