they sound amazing,I bought a pair on auction for 140$,They sound great and arnt flimsy like the solos. They have lasted very long and still work,The only beef i have with them is they are not very comfortable.

$140 isn't a lot. But ask ANYONE who knows ANYTHING about music if Beats are a worthwhile investment, and they'll laugh at you. Sure they might sound good, but can one get something of the same quality for a lot less? Yes. Or perhaps something of much higher quality for the same price? Yes.

Beats are like Hollister, Abercrombie, etc. Overpriced/pretty mediocre products that little kids worship and think make them popular/cool.

With all that being said, if one doesn't want to do any research before buying headphones, and one doesn't really know much about the physics behind music and headphones, he can go ahead and buy the Beats. He'll save a lot of time by not researching, and that time is probably worth more than whatever he'd be saving by getting a better pair of headphones. But if he's serious about music, then he shouldn't be considering Beats. These sorts of debates remind me of Mac vs. PC debates where the people arguing don't even realize it's possible to get far cheaper and superior components by buying a "PC." Then put a "MAC" operating system on it if you so please... Paying for the name, NOT quality.

They dont look too bad and those sound good too,Would recommend,I dont think they're as comfortable as beats studios or executives but deff alot more comfortable than mixrs. I got used to the mixrs,They're not tight on your head if you wear them often,If you need them to be tight for whatever reason,Put them in the hardcase every night. Senns are flat i dont like them and they're ugly as fuck but as far as bang for your buck,They're very efficient.
