Final Fantasy 14 : A Realm Reborn

I played phase 4 of the beta and preordered the game so I am playing early access as we speak. Just wondering if anyone else is playing it and if you are how do you like it and do you think it is going to be as great as it has been made out to be

 

I picked up an early access copy and it's been terrible. I played all through the beta and thought it was great, but as soon as they opened up the early access servers there's been huge issues with server capacity and players not being able to log in at all.

If you get the game before Square Enix announce that they've fixed their shit, look forward to seeing this:

There was a beta? Ugh why didn't I keep up with this... I want to play beta =[.

 

Yeah, the beta periods were only short though. Each phase lasted 5-7 days and would then be offline for 2-3 weeks whilst they made changes and retuned stuff. It was probably one of the better betas I've played though, hence why I bought the game.

Thoroughly pissed off with Square Enix though, having wasted money to gain entry to early access and not even being able to play.

 

Oh yeow that sucks but at least you got to try it out lmao. It sucks that I'm trying to save money right now... FF15 seems much more interesting to me. I want another modern FF. Ignis FTW.

 

Yeah I'd say save your money and wait for FF15.

 

I got the game for free since PSN screwed me over and everyone else that pre-ordered it the same day I did was fucked out of early access and was refunded for the entire game and given a new copy.
