Fighting an Unauthorized Claim

Well, i just got a user send paypal an unauthorized claim, and my money is on hold for the moment being.

I have three pictures of the trade, the user accepting that she authorized the claim ( E_mail ) a picture of the PP transaction, showing the same e-mail that she replied to, and a picture of me sending the informaiton to her paypal E-mail.

Can anyone tell me what to do?

 

Contact Paypal and ask them where to provide the evidence. Assuming you have evidence, then you "should" win the dispute. If this is in regards to something like Runescape Gold, then you will need an email confrimation (From the person who sent you the money via their paypal email) saying that they recieved their runescape gold, or even better, their "virtual goods". Paypal has a different policy when dealing with virtual goods, so hopefully you have enough evidence to win the dispute.

Alrighty, thank you all, i've contacted paypal and sent them the pictures with descriptions of what they each show!
