Fight Cave Practice

i was wondering if someone has made a server where you can train fight caves to get you fire cape, like it starts on the last wave and gives you all the equips and arrows and stuff you need to practice changing your prayers and killing the healers and stuff, if someone could help me find one of these things i would be thankful
