    I was selling an account and a user offered to buy it with PayPal, which I refused as he didn't have a Sythe account, but he told me was verified on PayPal and that verified users can't chargeback. Is that true?

    Before you hand over the account Google the Paypal name / email to see if it has any bad history.

    don't take paypal from people you think may charge back the payments in the future. they can always be charged back (for a certain number of months)

    Swaze, as others said, you can chargeback while being verified. Since he is lying, I wouldnt trade with him.

    verified just means they have their bank connected to their pp- so in theory 9 times out of 10 they are less likely to chargeback (as they are over a certain age and have money in a bank??)
