Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: Miscommunication I suppose been trying to get this done for a while.

Link to previous disputes: I don't have any that I remember of.

Anything else you wish to say: I am appealing a ban on my account that I falsely received. I was linked to apparently ban evading with Artur years ago, however he got unbanned a while back and all my accounts remained banned. Artur spoke to Andy regarding this issue and Andy told him to tell me to make a ban appeal to get my accounts unbanned since I've never ban evaded.
