Scammed by Crossboosting for LoL Boost

I spoke to Crossboosting regarding a boost from gold3-p4 which we mutually agree'd to a sum of BTC. I paid in full. Over the next two days my account lost 8 straight games from what he described as "troll/int" booster(s), I was demoted from G3 to G4 2 lp and then finally he hired boosters that won 5 straight games and got me up to gold 4 80lp. They did not continue to boost due to payment complications between Crossboosting and the boosters. I ran out of patience and trust in their services and cut my losses.

The bottom most game in the image is where they started, winning 3 games, then losing 8 (demoting from gold 3 where I started to gold 4 2lp), then winning 4 games.

The user has decided to block me from discord and remove me from their discord server. Additionally they have not refunded me the money I paid for their "boosting"
