    Like I said, I could care less about the money he owes me; it's only $30. It's not like I'm not losing sleep over it or something. Regardless, the onus isn't on me so I'm not gonna waste my time writing up a scam report when both he and I both know he owes me the money that I won off him from dicing. I'm just gonna sit here until he does decide he wants to go for a pardon and then get it denied due to lack of paying back all victims before pardoning.

    You should probably tell him to sent me the money he owes me ASAP then. 1 week, 2 weeks, or a month - that's plenty of time to collect $30 and send it to me. I know he has the funds to do so and is fully capable of sending the money to my PP and I know he knows my PP address. Like I said before, he's just holding the money he owes me hostage...
