    Consider that two world wars inadvertently wiped out strong males in three successive generations. The weak males who didn't get drafted to the battle front were thereby selected for.

    If you remove the strong males from a pack or heard of animals leaving only the weak males the females will take over leadership roles in the pack, because this is vastly better than the pack perishing.

    However eventually genetic recombination will reintroduce strong males back into the heard where upon the old alpha females will clash with the new alpha males. The alpha females will inevitably lose against the males and die out. The natural order will return to the heard within a couple of generations.

    This is feminism. It isn't inherently degenerate, it's a survival response. But now that it hinders survival rather than promoting it, it has become degenerate. Western birth rates have completely collapsed in the past 40 years.
