Damn kid, i know exactly how u feel lol. Me n my girl been 2gether for 2 yrs and a month. I love her, and she makes me happy.. but somedays.. or weeks its just like..damn..

I don't think all the "girls are just annoying" posts are very respectful as it's not just guys on this forum - thanks. But anyway, if she annoys you, the best thing to do is be straight up with her. I know I appreciate it. Just say something to the effect of "I need to be alone right now" or "I can't handle this right now" and just be alone. I know she'll be thinking about how she can fix it the whole time you're apart.

 

Lol, that's what sucks for me. Is i hate feeling like i'm in the wrong because she is thinkin about me and being bored.. while i'm having my own space probably having a good time...

 

I tell her that. I do all the things that I think are right, and I'm always straight up. Guess that's why we're still together.

Don't argue, winning an arguement doesn't solve the arguement, even if you're right, try losing the arguement, to make her feel better.

Try spending quality time with her, in the cinema or something, help her.

 

Agreed. Losing an argument and being okay with it goes so much further than you could imagine.

 

This is correct. We get old. No one wants to see a 70 year old man at a club trying to get with a girl. I honestly hate relationships. The constant pressure of pleasing someone, having the feeling that i need to talk to them or get bitched at, and never ending arguments take a toll on ones life.

 

Respect is earned. Just because you're a female does not mean we will respect you. Learn to cope with that on the internet and earn your place, or keep your mouth shut and deal. Objectifying people is what we do, only those who can show themselves to be of actual importance deserve respect.

I agree. I hate being in short term relationships. I find them meaningless and with how much I need to trust someone... I practically have an application to be with me. To be straight, I'd say that it takes a hard-headed woman to get with me . Luckily, I found one who is exactly the same, and we just hit it off .

To OP. My mother gave me some key advice years ago... pick your fights. Not everything is worth fighting over, and when she does stupid shit... just be happy you're with her, forgive her, and move on. When it's a big deal, that's when you need to interject. You're a man, for gods sake, you shouldn't be fighting with a woman anyways. If she's wrong, let her be wrong.

Now, if she cheats on you, lies to you, steals from you, or does something to seriously jeopardize your relationship or either of your well-being... that's when you need to step in. You're there to protect, not to control. At least, that's how I view the man's roll in a relationship >.>.
