Feedback required - Sythe logo

Growth, it represents life and growth.

 

Do not get me wrong, I am not against change, but logos are not meant to be inherently complicated at the point where I'm analyzing its features attempting to discern what each letter (in this case) is meant to represent.

I am not a fan, it's just very.. complicated. I would go with a sleeker, more-typography orientated (as in less focus on designs within the letters themselves and more so on the letters.)

I haven't done graphics in years though so perhaps I'm just no longer with the times.

 

Personally, I'm all for change just don't quite like whats been done. I feel that logos should be something accepted/liked by majority. However, I'll give it a few days before voting maybe it'll grow on me

 

I like the logo but in my opinion it doesn't really represent the forum. I mean a lot of the time we start growing people start getting banned and there's a lot of negativity against change especially with structure.

The logo looks cool though.

The new logo is great. I'm not sure why people keep saying its too complicated to be a logo though. I think logo's are meant to stand out and that is exactly what this logo does. My only issue is that it doesn't blend well with the background.

 

Looks awesome. my only criticism is that I think the S would look a lil better if the bottom right hand corner was just rounded off a bit to make it look more curved and thus more S shaped

 

I agree. I know it was taken off earlier and we may change the background. But the eyes go well with the current background

 

I have to agree with this, and I love the new logo, really pops out unlike the one Moonglare made but I loved that one too. Sythe just needed a change and Im lovin it!

I prefer the new one. Old one was just what I was used to but this one is nicer.
