Feedback for inactive mods.

There is no moderator limit... If you haven't been asked to join staff its not because someone is clinging to their rank.

 

If its not broken why fix it. Like I said, too many active staff members can have a detrimental effect. Besides why you but hurt, you're like one of the last person who'd get staff.

 

Could you please participate in a discussion without saying stupid shit like "why you but hurt"? It really hurts your argument when you let your immaturity get in the way of your message

 

Because a lot of people feel it is broken.

But OT so I don't get infracted;
I think there needs to be a well established and accepted definition of what a good mod is. Do they do their quota then act like a regular user? Or do they have to be in mod mode 24/7? Is a good mod someone who is vocal in the community, or someone who does a lot of behind the scenes type things?

Mods should reach their quota, and go beyond. Not just meet it barely each month and not worry about anything else. They should do their quota at least, and help their section grow. If their Global, then they should be doing even more then the sectionals.

 

Anyways we as a staff will handle this issue on our side, as only we can make changes anyways.
