    You took out Eminem? Yet he is 1999+ and even the #1 artist that is still active.
    I understand not Tupac or Biggie, or Eazy-E etc...

    Honestly, out of all "rappers" in the 21st Century, I have no favorite.
    I would say Nas, but his debut album was in 94' so he doesn't count either.
    I would say Ice Cube, or Snoop Dogg, but then again I'm talking OLD school rap so that wouldn't count.

    Out of todays music... CLOSEST to being a good rapper is Drake, but he's Hip Hop, barely rap.

    The list is short without including the big players.

    And I'm sorry, but Lil' Wayne is a pathetic excuse for a "rapper."
    Honestly if he wasn't rich he shoulda stayed in jail. Maybe he would wrote some GOOD songs there.
    He is lyrically an idiot. His songs suck. His newest songs are only alive, and Young Money in general is only alive BECAUSE of Drake + Nicki. And Nicki and Drake appeal to the female population, along with some males for Nicki where they are more on Drakes side.
    Only reason Young Money still has anything is because of them, not Lil' Wayne.
    His raps suck, they have barely any to no flow whatsoever.
    He is only popular because his "beats" are actually catchy, yet his "raps" are downright disgusting
