Favorite RTS?

Weird that people forgot about the Rome: Total war series & Shogun, those were amazing games and still are, Age of mythology was a great game to!

 

Used to play alot of that online. Even made maps for it, but i've lost them , someone somewhere has a copy of them though! Cat & mouse was good fun.

 

Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun

My first RTS.

 

Starcraft, Starcraft 2, Warcraft 3 is for serious people who want to have serious fun with some serious competition, basically is for mature people.

AOE or CC is for people who just want to have some random fun with killing

Total War is for people who just want to have huge realistic battles with awesome fights.

I tried all the RTS games that everyone listed here any my favorite gota be Starcraft 2, the balance, fast pace, skills and all the different scenarios it have to offer is just to great to compete.

Edit: NOTHING CAN BEAT KOREAN E-SPORTS WITH WARCRAFT AND STARCRAFT, SUCKERS, IS THEIR NATIONAL SPORT

 

AOE 1 brings back good memories, so does the original CnC/Red Alert, but i'd go with now days, Star Craft or the new CnC.

 

I've personally had the most fun playing Warcraft 3.

I'd probably say that's because I generally play it with 6-7 other people that also have no idea what they are doing, so we just dick around.
