Fastest way to train Def?

Would it be worth chinning or busting on Def or should I just stick to NMZ?

Edit - Main account assuming gp/xp isn't an issue.

 

Chinng would be the fastest way but no by much when considered vs the straight up melee. It wouldn't be worth the money unless you had billions of gp laying around, I recommend just sticking with nmz with full bandos and bludgon which is the fastest current method.
