Thieving Guild is great EXP per hour. Do the one where you pick the locks and you'll have 64 in no time!

I suggest that you do the theiving guild or just no life at the Master Farmer for a while.

Look into quests. They'll be a lifesaver.

Thieving guild will probably be the most efficient way to get it. Pyramid plunder is also an option, but I believe the thieving guild is generally faster at that level.
