Fastest way to get range and str xp

Ok so i don't know much about RS anymore, Not long returned as a full time player.
I currently have a zerker with 60 att, 83 str, 45 def and 70 range.

I'm looking to get range and str xp as fast as possible. Gp isn't an issue so i was wondering what i can do in order to gain the best xp in game..

Range either chinning or cannon + craws bow at elder Chaos.

Melee, mace at elder chaos... or do something afk like nmz.

 

What mace sorry? What's the xp per hour am i looking at

 

Viggora's chaimace at elder chaos druids. Best xp with 60attack but its in wild so afk or not sometimes you could get pkd

 

Getting 70 att and 70 def so going to use dh at NMZ. Atm i'm getting 99 range chinning

 

Chinning going to be best for range. Strength isnt going to be nearly as fast so likely NMZ.

 

Chinning is the fastest but I prefer to afk what I can so I'd recommend NMZ, It's fairly afk and doesn't require as much concentration as chinning

mele same thing, NMZ with pray pots

It depends what you prefer with afk vs more click intensive.
I have always found that a blowpipe at NMZ is easy to set up and doesn't require much clicking.

There are plenty of guides online to explain which bosses to toggle

 

What xp p/h can i expect roughly?

 

I'd recommend a youtube vid surely theyll tell you which bosses to/not to use for max xp and such

 

Str I would say nmz, ranging I would say chinning

 

Chinning will be the way to go for range via manical monkeys which needs MM2 done.
Str - Obseidon full set with berseker necklace and obby sword will get you 70-85k depending if you use overload.
You can go viggora mace at wilderness and use piety, this can net you up to 150k an hour but you will see alot of pkers so risk/reward type of deal.

 

Start MM2, go to the tunnel in part 1 o 2 where you find The assassin monkey, instead of going to fight him just chin in the cave. I went from 91-99 range in 15-16 hours in one night. bring 4-5 pray pots the rest range and maybe a bone crusher. You will leave with a full inventory of pray pots if you pick up the (1) doses and decant them back in to (4) doses. other than that NMZ with a blow pipe bud.
