Fastest way to 99 magic from 90 Mage?

Soulwars, MTA & Alching is really all that I can think of. Try RiD's MTA bot, you will make millions and won't get caught

 

I've used them but I want something fast

 

if you want it fast you could ice burst rock lobsters.
You'll get a great amount of xp and charms for summon

 

Soul wars is fast in my opinion.. how much are you willing to spend?

 

The most that can be earned in 1hr 9 minutes is 9 zeal which is 9 x 6k magic
Which is equal to 54k Mage exp per hour max

Im alching at 73k an hour.

Soul Wars is really fast. Zeals come quick, XP is great

 

Another method is casting Humidify (requires Lunar Diplomacy and Dream Mentor) with vials of water. You'll make a profit this way if using a steam battlestaff. It gives the same experience per cast as alching, but I think the casting time is longer so it will take slightly longer overall.

Plank make 94-99 took me 3days botting like 10hours a day and cost 15mil.

 

Ice bursting is meant to be very fast.
