    fastest way to 30m?
    I'd suggest spending all your money on flax (seriously, im lv.60 and have 9m) and spend forever turning your flax into bowstrings in th lumbridge castle. This nearly doubles your money, and you only need lv.10 crafting!

    buy all hte oak logs u can for as cheap as you can and then sell 1 higher
