    spend like 10 bucks to get 10mil..
    100bucks for 100mil? or im sure you can get cheaper prices.
    im just going by a dollar a mil.

    Well, I know some people who have a bit of luck with it. I would never do it but some people are lucky.

    If you have 77+ mining and p2p, Rock Caverns is a steady income stream. It doesn't take too long to get mining that high. Most money comes from p2p, however.

    i.e. Frost Dragons, RC-nature runes. You need decent levels for these which can take time.
