Fastest method to getting 70-75 defence?

So I'm trying to get 75 def and was wondering the quickest method. Money isn't an issue. My other stats are 85 attack, 93 strength, 97hp, 99 Mage and 99 range. I was thinking about using dharoks at apes. Just got back to rs, so with the current game updates what's the quickest method? Thanks.

 

Anything really gives you loads of experience now a days since monsters are quickly killed with abilities.

 

I'm not sure how good they are post-EOC, but Armoured Zombies were brilliant all-round combat training monsters.

 

So what would you guys recommend? Armor etc.? You're not fully answering my question lol.

 

Is money an issue?
Bandos plate/legs + sarasword would be good at armour zombies.

I'd personally use Bandos at Vyrewatch, they've always been good for me.

If bandos need 75 defence (can't remember if they did with update), use Torags.
