Fastest 99?

Maybe they recently changed it. When I played a Jagex Mod confirmed 1:1 is ok

 

I can second this, i have been banned for 1:1 on any new level 3 i feel like grinding cooking or fletching out on, quite shit as i've seen other people do like 1:2/3

 

Yeah seems like every day they have less patience. It didn't used to be against the rules. But they also used to be way more lax about everything.

 

If you have unlimited funds, Construction is the fastest. I managed to get 650k+ exp/ hr doing mahogany tables. Was around 180M gp to get to 99. Took less than 3 days

 

Mirin hard, impressive gains.

 

Cooking, it's the fastest with wines, but also the least liked.

 

What exactly is AHK?

 

I went from 35-99 cooking in around 3 days doing wines, takes 35ish hours if you're pretty efficient, not sure about how much it costs anymore but something like 10-15M

 

Thieving is super fast too but i think cooking is the fastest

 

fletching if you got the $$$$$$

 

If I remember correctly Herblore is under 24 hours 1-99 if you buy it all the most expensive way, that'll cost easily 250M+ which breaks the 100m but I think that's the true quickest 99 in-game.
