Con is fastest but very impractical, so summoning, but theres charms, so frost bones followed by broad arrows (fletching)

No, it's 310M+ if you use dragon bones. Much more if you use frosts.

 

for summoning, you'd need the charms first. so that doesn't apply :\ i'd say prayer, definitely with frost dragon bones. for 99 you'd need approx 300m-400mwith guilded altar.

Summoning if you had loads of blue charms, all the supplies.

Though, to get all them blue charms, will take a while.

 

Summoning doesn't count because of the charm collecting, its like 40k crimsons to 99.

Making wines is ridiculously fast, especially if you have brawlers.

 

I would have thought Summoning as well, but everyone seems to have other opinions.
