Is there a way to verify your PayPal for free? If not, is anybody doing a service for it?

 

Already is free man just give them the infomation they want. Nobody is gonna wanna fraud PayPal with their infomation for you x)

 

Whoops, forgot to add: I don't have a bank account or a credit/debit card and don't plan on getting either soon.

 

Then you can't get verified. You can still receive and send money without being verified. And like above user said, using false information/someone elses is fraud.

 

As said above and many times before this thread, do not take the fraud way. It will catch up to you eventually. Just wait until you can get your own bank account(you should be able to if you are actually using PayPal, because you're supposed to be 18 I believe).
