Fast Range and Str in P2p

For a 1 Def pure, what's the fastest way to level range and strength in p2p with perf. fighter?

 

do flesh crawlers?

 

I do chaos druids flesh crawlers and al kharid warriors

 

warriors are good but so are the strong hold minatours,
also instead of making a new thread, can someone tell me where to train range with lvl 51 range and 10 def strong hold is too populated for me and hill giants are the same.

 

hmm rock crabs a posibility, any caged monsters, basicly anything with not such high level and a safespot

 

I have 70 range and 90 str currently. Should I continue using perf. fighter in the places mentioned?

 

or of course flesh crawlers.

 

minatours or al karid warriors.

 

For range i use soul wars or range guild.

 

I only have perfect fighter to train combat so guess I can't do those :/

Why has no one mentioned experiments? What are the approximate xp rates at minos and warriors?
