How ban-safe is it?
How much would it cost?

kk I got your add on msn. As stated on my page, I take no responsibility for bans, and from a lot of reading over multiple forums, I wouldn't say hunter is the safest skill to bot 99, however I can give you multiple locations to choose from to possibly lower the risk (also lowering the xp per hour though.)
