fasck - Recovery

Hey guys, a while ago my account fasck got hacked. I made a thread warning people not to trade with my account. I decided to stop playing runescape for a while and I have now come back to Sythe to reclaim my account.

I was glad to see that the mods took my word for it and banned the account. Since the time when my account got hacked I've searched my computer for keyloggers and gotten new protection for it.

So my question is: How do i get my precious account back?
