    bus369 did not "keep out" of sythe for the past month. He took advantage of strawsombrero (paying him 25% of profit) to circumvent the ban. He also told straw to get but infractions because "they expire". He's not changed, he's just found a way to make money. If he in the same situation of being cleaned, i guarantee you he will scam!

    Plus, he already pardoned once in the last 6 months and he obviously kept some of his offenses out in his previous pardon? Why is this not an instant deny?
