Fantasy Football League

Attention All Football Fans,

@McRevolation and I have decided to create a fantasy football league for Sythe, and we would like to get some more members in the league. There is a $10 buy in, so this will be competitive. Please don't join just to be a part of it, otherwise you'll probably be down $10.

What we know about the league so far:

• 12 players
• $10 buy in
• Hosted on ESPN
• Standard Scoring
• Snake Draft

If enough people want a standard snake draft we could always make the change. Nothing is set in stone yet.

 

Count me in for a snake draft, I would do an auction but I've never done it before and don't want to play for money in my first auction draft

 

@Shall Skill Basically instead of just getting lucky with the draft order you actually have a budget and you bid on players. It makes it more realistic.

 

Standard draft and ill be down! Its about time sythe made a fantasy football league!

 

But as far as I know it, ESPN takes like a 10-20% cut? Why won't we just let @Ryan hold the money and pay off the winners?

And it would be AWESOME if theres like a beast fantasy football winner 2016-2017 minirank

 

I am holding the money. Also there probably won't be a minirank for this event.

 

Is there anyway we could try to get a minirank for this activity? We can try to get the PR team or whoever handles community stuff to make this a community event, it could drive in more players. And if more than 10-12 want to play, we can either increase the buy in or create multiple leagues.

 

If that's what everyone wants I have no issues with it being changed to a snake draft. It is -Ryan final call though. He is the bossman in this situation. I just want to have some fun.

I'll pass, tried participating previously but fantasy drafts just aren't my thing. I much prefer pick 'em leagues.
