Shoe string pardon

Hey sythe mods its shoe strings. I'm not really sure on how to start this off but heres my situation on how I can remember it. Shoe strings was banned for ban evasion a while ago because there was another account from my ip that was temp banned for spamming. then they saw show strings was active and banned him because the other account was temp banned. After the temp ban was over it was upped to a perm ban because shoe was already perm banned for "evading" Tbh It was a while ago and I can't really remember the exact details on why I was temp banned but I know for a fact it wasn't for scamming or even trading for that matter.
Here's a little about myself and my situation
-Im in the army and just graduated basic training 2 weeks ago and am at AIT at fort Sam Houston to become a 68w. I don't really have much time to be on this site but I still have free time at the end of everyday and on the weekends. I grew a lot over this summer and matured both physically and mentally. I didn't come here to give a generic apology but instead I want you to know that I've learned from my mistakes and didnt mean any harm from what I did. I was just caught up in a bad situation and never got a chance to explain myself. I'm not a bad person nor am I a scammer. I was hoping to come back and play in my spare time. I could go into detail on why I think I should be allowed back but the truth is I'm just a regular guy who got caught up and was hoping to get a second chance.
