False TWC Appeal

Hello.

I'm referring to the report above. I was given a TWC falsely and didn't even have time to respond there (i was sleeping). A sythe user added me on Discord asking me if i had accounts for sale. I showed him some. The screenshots he provided in the report are the parts where you could think I lied, but I make this appeal to show the conversation now, he cut off the important parts where it cleary shows that I did not lie. Tyler told me I could post here.

Guy states that I lied about the details, I simply told him to ask Bear to get his answers and tell me the reply. I told him at first that there were no bans, straight after I logged in and checked and showed him that there are no active offences. He told me (see pics) to click on Expired Bans, so I clicked that and showed him screenshot. (I myself didnt even know there was a expired ban). If i was to lie on purpose I wouldnt even show picture, makes no sense. I gave him all correct details, such as that Bear is OO and that the Account is not mine, also who the OO is and that it has one ban etc.

So basically there is a misscommuncation + i corrected my statement right after checking. In the end I didn't lie about anything. But I've learned to check before answering questions in future.

I would like to have some mods checking the conversation. Thats the full part, you'll see that I had no intend on scamming or lying about anything. The guy posted some parts of the conversations without even showing the truth.

I would appreciate if the TWC was removed and if I could get a chance to make this good. I dont see a Scam attempt here.

Ok so here's the thing.


Your active in the account market (by your post and selling history), Which has specific rules in it regarding what details you are required to post about the account whenever you sell an account. These include things like communicating what skills the account has, ban ect. As somebody who has used the market before you should very well know these rules as ignorance is not an excuse.

Because you are selling an account it's also your responsibility to have good business practices and protect yourself and the people buying from you. By not being knowledgeable about the product you are selling you are not doing business in good faith. I would not have TwC'd you for the OO question and you re correcting yourself but with both of these issues I feel its my duty to protect the users of Sythe by giving you a TwC. If you feel I am in the wrong in doing so you are free to talk to a Global Moderator or higher to dispute my ruling. Denied.
