The Haxball Tourney is Rigged

Okay, so I contacted my opponent multiple times trying to face him and not once did he reply. So I contact the Tourney host Darkest Dream twice about it and even posted on his thread. So I decide to check the brackets to see what's going on and what did I see? I see that my opponent who didn't even bother to reply to me at all had been promoted to round 3 and I was disqualified. It's all favoritism I tell you. I put an effort in trying to face him and an effort into contacting the host about it and what do I get in return? Disqualified. This is outrageous...

 

PM Darkest Dream proof of the above, and if all is okay, you should be swapped in for your opponent.

 

As stated in the guidelines

"In the case of a game not being played CDT members will use a random number generator to decide who moves on."

So, it's not Dark's responsibility if you guys don't play your games.

 

I've contacted both of them multiple times though. So since my opponent failed to even attempt to try and i've been trying to play this whole time it's fair for him to get a chance to just move on? That makes no sense. Thats basically like him playing a game of chance. "If I don't even bother then hopefully i'll just get moved up" See what i'm saying here?

Maybe if you contact Darkest Dream about it and mention that you contacted him multiple times while he ignored you, he might just give you another chance.
Also show him some proof

I still doubt he'll do anything about it as it's not his responsibility to keep track of which users tried to actually play the game and which didn't. You just got unlucky with him not replying :l and losing in a random.org

 

Send Darkest a PM. Or post on the actual tournament thread and explain your case. He probably would never see this thread if he wasn't looking in the General Discussion topic.
