False report, lead to a ban?

(Please note: It's advisable to present vouches where the other party went first in the deal and where the deal was for a considerable sum, the more of these - the better).
Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: Was absent when this happened, no emails to alert me of the false claim to defend myself. No idea what happened until I saw a fake thread made about account saying I scammed someone for an account, I don't even buy accounts from this source, I'm a casual gold buyer, as a casual gamer that stakes from time to time for the fun of it, with no bad intents. This is a false report and has affected my account and time. I have no outside affiliations with this user aswell. If you look at my logs I'm usually the one buying and always asking for PMs before anything. I never half ass anything when it comes to my time and money. I'm actually disappointed with the staff who issued the ban
Anything else you wish to say: I just logged on for the very first time in months to find myself banned falsely by a newcomer name mimispellbook. I couldn't even see why I was banned at first, I had to create a new account to actually see the link, because gives no permission to see it when you're banned. Went into the URL to find a stranger reporting me for something I never once seen or had known about. Look at the logs, the only reason I came back to was to see how many vouches I had to use as a reference for another business transaction on another site. My point is is I was inactive when this took place. I'm actually quite disapppointed this happened, and I wasn't alerted via email to defend myself, also the staff member who banned me for little to no evidence from what I see in the link.
