False ban without asking for evidence first

Hey, I received a ban yesterday apparently for "Fake vouching" in this thread here Fake vouches , for suspicion I looked at the vouching section there and there is no information around fake vouching, more specifically:
proof that is needed behind completed trades that vouched for. Nowhere does it specify what requirements must be met for a vouch to be made.
By this I mean, nowhere on sythe does it say 'every completed trade that is then vouched for must have X proof of trade, if the vouch comes under question.

I have the conversation logs and the screenshots of the trade. Full proof. How can someone be banned instantly with no investigation or warning? I'm sure that this is a clear breach in procedure by @Wortel who jumped beyond a conclusion and made a ban based on weak suspicion.

My issues:
1) my reputation as a new trader is harmed, even after the lift of the ban and TWC especially when the moderator in question had 36 hours making to hide the conversation and urban me. Instead he wants me to post in public my screenshots and account information, out of spite from what it seems. This is especially wrong considering the ban rate and staff activity of osscape.

2) the moderator in question made no attempt to ask me for proof or help me out in any way and instead did the opposite:
- upon being banned I asked my friend to send trade evidence to the mod who banned me. After a quick initial exchange my friend relayed the trade evidence and asked specifically that the conversation be hidden, as it contained sensitive information. The mod remained active for 3 hours and then logged off. My friend sent a message to bump the message after he had logged off so that the message would be near the top when he woke up the following morning (as it had time sensitive information, and reasonably one can understand messages being lost or missed and forgotten).
The mod replies with full sarcasm after failing to show comprehension skills one would expect from a 7 year old, let alone an adult moderator who advertises his livechat experience next to his name (implying communication skills, speed, trust, and responsibility).

As a moderator he did not do his duty and as an intelligent individual it would seem he ignored purposefully, requests I made for privacy and security- note ban risk that he is aware of. It impresses that he is, as a moderator, bullying and ignoring me as an avenue for his personal and mental health issues instead of desiring to help or be resourceful.

I understand people are put in positions of power by those who trust them, but this guy is very unethical and has made a huge impact on the future of my trades by spending two seconds to ban me, and then wasting hours of my time by what can be clearly concluded as intentional ignorance and power abuse. This is definitely misconduct, and he assumes small shops and individuals won't make complaints.

I doubt that I'm the first to say he's biased for personal gain (evidentially), but clearly there were steps he could have taken and considering ban rates with the ease he banned me, he wasted hours and days of my time to his two seconds of banning me. This is not behavior a mod should exhibit and I have no where to complain other than here. I will be waiting for staff members to contact me and resolve this issue of misconduct as soon as possible and thank you.

 

All disputes are hidden to the public unless made public so please post proof of all of your vouched trades and we will verify them. Wortel did nothing wrong in banning you and given your response here that is still lacking any proof of trades, you are just proving that his precautionary ban on you was warranted
